MicronTech is an independent engineering company in Turkey offering industrial automation (PLC and SCADA), component-level electronics board repair, corporate network solutions and VIP jet cabin electronics repair. It was founded in Istanbul in 2020; the founding team's industry experience goes back to the early 2000s. It is the QuickDesk Pro Turkey distributor; as an authorised NETGEAR reseller in Turkey, it provides product supply, installation and technical support. Headquartered in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, it provides on-site service across Turkey.
QuickDesk Pro (model QD-RMP10) is a hardware-based KVM-over-IP and out-of-band (OOB) management device that gives remote screen, keyboard and mouse access to compatible computers over HDMI and USB, independent of the operating system. No software is installed on the target computer; access is through a web browser. As long as the computer powers on, outputs video over HDMI and the connection is available, BIOS/UEFI and recovery menus can be reached even if the operating system will not boot; power supply, motherboard or video output faults need on-site work. In KVM use it connects to the engineering or SCADA/HMI computer over HDMI and USB, and the existing connection between the PLC and the computer is kept. In remote PLC maintenance the PLC is connected to the device's LAN port over Ethernet. Sales, installation and support in Turkey are provided by MicronTech.

Remote access over HDMI and USB, from a web browser, to SCADA/HMI computers, engineering computers or industrial PCs. As long as the computer powers on and shows video, and the device has a usable network connection and a proper access configuration, BIOS/UEFI and recovery menus can be reached even if the operating system will not boot or the corporate VPN is down. Mount an ISO on the virtual USB drive to reinstall Windows remotely and transfer files. Besides KVM, it offers remote PLC maintenance, data acquisition and OOB gateway modes; these need separate network and security planning. CE and RoHS conformity documents are available.
